Transferring Your Existing Number to ALDImobile: A Step-by-Step Guide

When you join one of ALDImobile's great value mobile phone plans, you'll need to provide some important information to complete the transfer process. This includes your current provider's name, account number (for post-paid/contract accounts), and date of birth on file with that provider.

Transferring Your Existing Number

Transferring your existing number to ALDImobile is a straightforward process. To get started, simply select 'Pay with credit card or PayPal' when adding more PAYG credit or a plan to your service. Then, choose to add more credit or a plan to your account.

Using a Voucher Code

If you've received a voucher code with your Starter Pack, be sure to enter it in the Recharge Option dropdown menu during step 4 of the activation process.

Activating Your Mobile Plan

To activate your Mobile, Data, or Family Plan Starter Pack, follow these steps:

1. Enter the activation code sent to you via SMS.

2. Verify that you own the number and authorise the transfer by responding with a code sent to your phone.

3. Ensure that your phone is nearby during the transfer process.

Required Identification

To complete the transfer process, we may require identification such as your Driver's Licence, Passport, or Medicare card.

Contract or Post-Paid Plan Transfer

If you're transferring your number from a contract or post-paid plan with another provider, please note that we'll need your account number to facilitate the transfer.

Check for Exit Fees

Before transferring your number, be sure to check with your current provider to confirm whether there are any fees or charges associated with leaving their service.
